How It Works

1)  You begin using your TSS-1 by threading the machine and loading the tags. Your twine of choice is placed below the machine, runs up through the porcelain tensioner, and through the twine tube. Tags are loaded onto the twine tube. Because of this feature, your tags must have a hole already in them that is at least 1/8" (3.2 mm) in diameter.

2)  The TSS-1 is now prepared for use. Simply turn the switch to the "ON" position and you're ready to work.

 

3)  You begin by taking a single tag in your left hand.

 

 

 

4)  Next, you pull the tag to the left across the machine's tying machanism and step on the foot trip pedal.

 

 

5)  In less than one second, the machine ties a neat loop through the hole in your tag using an attractive and secure bow knot.

 

 

 

6) The table rail allows you to leave tied tags in the machine and unload a batch of them at once. This saves time over removing tied tags individually.

 

Neatly tied tags are easy to box and transport to your customer.
